Novavax has created a dose of the Covid-19 vaccine that is currently in the approval process for use within the United States. This was developed in the UK, and the research and testing have been done there, finding that their vaccine is 90% effective over 15,000 participants. They have not looked to get emergency approval and are hoping to get full approval by July.
