Now, as we are looking to the future, the idea that we can eliminate Covid-19 is an uncertain path. The only disease that has been eradicated is smallpox, so we are not currently looking at a complete eradication, but an elimination of the virus is within our scope. It is hard to say whether the vaccine will lead to elimination, but if enough of the population gets vaccinated, that will give us a better chance.
