COVID-19 | Project Baseline
In support of community-based testing initiatives Help protect yourself and the people around you by getting tested through this program. COVID-19 testing is open in select states: CA, CT, DE, ID, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA and VA, and we are continuing to expand.
The Baseline COVID-19 Program was established as part of California’s community-based testing program under the direction of the California Department of Public Health, and is an effort to expand access to COVID-19 screening and testing. By collaborating with state, federal, and local health authorities as well as other healthcare partners, the program is focused on helping those with concerns about Covid-19 get tested, in addition to enabling public health officials to target testing efforts. The process to get tested includes creating an account online, completing authorization forms, taking a screener, and then getting tested. The Baseline COVID-19 Program is a connected and secure solution to support individuals from screening through testing and receipt of their test results, which is done under physician direction.
