The CDC now recommends that employees will not need to have a negative test before coming back to work after an adequate period of isolation. The three criteria for return to work include being in isolation for at least 10 days, no fever within 24 hours, and any symptoms that have lessened in severity or are gone completely. This will allow for a faster return to work and lessens the effects of receiving positive tests if the individual is no longer contagious.
